Capitol Avenue General Plan Amendment
General Plan Amendment to change the General Plan Land Use Designation of a 0.44-gross acre parcel on the east side of Capitol Avenue in the City of San José from Neighborhood Community Commercial to Mixed Use Neighborhood. The Mixed Use Neighborhood allows for up to 30 dwelling units per acre (du/ac) and a Floor Area Ratio (FAR) range of 0.25 to 2.0. A specific development project is not proposed at this time.

Location 
East side of Capitol Avenue, approximately 250 feet north of Alum Rock Avenue in the City of San José (APN: 484-19-094)
