West Evergreen

The West Evergreen area is located immediately east of Highway 101, West of Quimby and South of Tully Road. This area is one of the many culturally and ethnically diverse neighborhoods found in the City of San José. The neighborhoods (and active neighborhood associations) include Meadowfair, West Evergreen and LeyVa. Approximately fifty years ago this area was predominantly a black walnut orchard. Today, West Evergreen is comprised of a colorful mix of retail stores, offices, community facilities and single and multi-family residences. Tully Road and King Road are central corridors of the neighborhood, providing a mix of residential, commercial and public uses.
