Tully/Senter

The Rocksprings/Tully/Senter/Santee/Kennedy neighborhood is located southeast of downtown San José. It is bounded by Highway 101 to the east, Tully Road to the south, Senter to the west, and Story Road to the north. Coyote Creek cuts through the center of the neighborhood planning area. The area is comprised of many single-family homes, high density housing units, and commercial wholesale/retail spaces as well as light industrial businesses which are located along Senter, Story and Tully Roads. Kelly Park, Happy Hollow Park & Zoo, Japanese Tea Gardens, and the San José Historical Museum are also located in the neighborhood. There is emerging community leadership from the Kennedy Neighborhood Association, Rocksprings Neighborhood Association, and the Santee Women’s Association.
