Burbank/Del Monte

 


The Burbank/Del Monte area is a mix of business and residential districts. Businesses are located along West San Carlos Street, Bascom Avenue, Race Street, and Meridian Avenue. The residential area is comprised of small single-family homes and multi-unit housing located in the Sherman Oaks, Midtown Del Monte, Buena Vista and Burbank Neighborhoods. Burbank/Del Monte landmarks include San Jose City College, the old Burbank Theater, and the recently closed Del Monte plant.
